Title: AVP Client Services

We are seeking an innovative and experienced technology leader with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our dynamic and rapidly growing development team. As an Associate vice president you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable solutions that address complex business challenges while driving technical excellence and mentoring high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, translating them into actionable technical requirements.
Design and document comprehensive technical solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
Architect and implement scalable, high-performance microservices capable of managing substantial data and traffic loads.
Develop and maintain high-level and low-level cloud implementation plans, solution architectures, and detailed design documents.
Build and implement secure, cloud-based solutions using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
Responsible to lead end-to-end project delivery, proactively addressing technical challenges and driving accountability at all stages of development.
Manage, mentor, and guide development teams to achieve project goals.
Define, implement, and enforce technical best practices to ensure high-quality, efficient processes.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues to enhance system performance and reliability.
Drive initiatives to optimize software development life cycles using DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for the MEAN stack and related technology solutions.

Skills, Knowledge, And Experience

10+ years of software development experience, with expertise in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Strong hands-on experience in microservices architecture, design patterns, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (mandatory).
Proficient in both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases.
Hands on experience with AWS services such as Glue, S3, Athena, Data Pipeline, and Lambda is a big plus.
Experience with DevOps tools such as AWS Code Pipeline, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks is a plus.
Experience in industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Proven experience managing teams, delivering projects, and driving technical excellence.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Demonstrated experience working with US or European clients, showcasing excellent communication and client management skills.
