We are looking for a results-driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process while delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Assist customers in identifying their needs and selecting a suitable vehicle.
Conduct vehicle presentations and accompany customers on test drives.
Explain product features, warranties, and financing options clearly.
Negotiate pricing and trade-in values under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
Prepare all necessary paperwork and coordinate with the finance team.
Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain product knowledge on all current inventory.
Keep the showroom and vehicle displays clean and organized.
Attend regular training sessions and dealership meetings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.
Minimum One-year Sales Or Customer Service Experience Preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
