Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in API testing using Rest Assured and Java-based automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust automation solutions for API and web applications in an Agile environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain API automation scripts using Rest Assured.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for RESTful services.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
  
  

Your Profile

• Analyze API responses, validate payloads, headers, and status codes.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize scripts for performance and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Rest Assured for API automation.
• Good understanding of HTTP/REST, JSON/XML, and web services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and version control.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
