Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver process and soft skills training for new hires and existing staff.
- Design training content and conduct refreshers based on performance metrics.

- Stay updated on products and processes; act as a subject matter expert.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
