Job Description
Job Title: Associate Manager – Performance Marketing
Job Summary
Xylem Learning is looking for an Associate Manager – Performance Marketing to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns across paid platforms and drive measurable business growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage large budgets, optimize ROI, and work closely with cross-functional teams to scale performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (including YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid platforms such as Snapchat
- Own and scale UAC (Universal App Campaigns) with a focus on in-app events and ROI
- Manage and optimize monthly media budgets exceeding ₹50 Lakhs, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROAS
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking across platforms using Google Tag Manager, pixels, and analytics tools
- Track key performance metrics and perform ROI calculations to drive continuous optimization
- Coordinate closely with Business Analytics, Design, Media, and Category teams to align campaign strategy and execution
- Work with CRM teams to improve funnel efficiency, lead quality, and lifecycle performance
- Lead, guide, and support team members to ensure best practices and consistent performance
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing / PPC campaign management
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram Ads (Snapchat experience is a plus)
- Proven experience managing and optimizing UAC campaigns
- Experience handling large-scale budgets (₹50L+ per month)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
- Experience working with CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize ROI
- Good communication skills and team management capability
