Ahmedabad(Gujarat) INR 5.5 LPA to 7.2 LPA (Depending on previous experience)

About The Position

CSRBOX Group is looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Logistics & Procurement to lead strategic logistics planning, vendor management, procurement governance, and budget control for large-scale CSR and social impact projects. This role focuses on leadership, cost optimization, compliance, and operational excellence. (Travel desk responsibilities are not included in this role.)

Responsibilities

Logistics Strategy & Oversight (40%)
Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Manage freight partners, shipping vendors, and customs coordination.
Ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery across project locations.
Drive continuous improvement in logistics systems and processes.
Inventory Governance (15%)
Establish and monitor inventory control systems.
Ensure optimal stock planning aligned with project forecasts.
Conduct periodic audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Monitor inventory turnover and reduce wastage.
Procurement, Vendor Coordination & Budget Management (35%)
Strategic Procurement
Lead procurement planning and budgeting for CSR initiatives.
Oversee vendor selection processes ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term agreements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards.
Drive cost-saving initiatives.
Vendor Coordination & Budget Management (Mandatory)
Develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence.
Manage procurement and logistics budgets effectively.
Prepare budget forecasts, cost analysis, and variance reports.
Ensure procurement spending aligns with approved budgets.
Reporting & Operational Excellence (10%)
Develop MIS reports on logistics performance, procurement savings, and vendor metrics.
Track KPIs such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and procurement cycle time.
Recommend strategic improvements to leadership.
Ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Mandatory Qualification And Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong negotiation and contract management expertise.
Proven experience in vendor management and budget control.
Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
