- 3+ year experience in BA
- Language: German and English Activities
- Requirements gathering and coordination
- Conducting workshops
- Process analysis, optimisation and description Conceptualisation of features
- Translation of functional and non-functional requirements into user stories
- Conducting functional tests
- Requirements:
- Experience in business analysis, process management and requirements engineering in software development projects
- Ideally, experience in the financial services environment
- Knowledge of leasing processes is a plus
- German & English according to CEFR B2
- Ability to work in a team Long-term commitment
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence
- Experience/certification in SAFe
- Experience/certification in SOFICO Miles
