Job Description

Need of a DEC lead level person, who can work with customer and Virtusa’s core team to define/document the Process workflow and ways of working for the 3 tracks of work that Virtusa will be undertaking for T-Systems(Dealer Management System).

Primary responsibilities of this role player will be, to deliver

Integrated Service Management process manual for the ASM track(L1, L2 & L3 support)
Ways of Working / Process manual for Dev and Enhancement track including Estimation framework
Ways of Working / Process manual for New system development track (rearchitecting/building new DMS in latest technologies). including Estimation framework **2&3 can be similar to large extent, however with specific variations

The outcomes for Track 1 and 2 are agreed as deliverables for Transition phase which is 4 to six months from January.

The DEC role player should have good communication skills and be able to work with both the customer and the team to deliver the outcomes independently

The role player also should take care of the independent governance for T-Systems by conducting reviews to provide early warnings and risks to contractual commitments (This will be done by different role right as it is Corporate function.)
