Associate Director, Growth Office

Role Summary

The Associate Director – Business Development & GTM will drive growth for the Audit & Assurance function by executing go-to-market strategies, generating new business opportunities, and supporting large proposal pursuits. The role will focus on building strong client connections, securing meetings, and maintaining long-term relationships, while working closely with Partners, Directors, and cross-functional teams to expand the firm’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through client outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
• Secure meetings with target clients and build a strong opportunity pipeline
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Execute GTM initiatives aligned with the Audit & Assurance growth strategy
• Support large and complex proposals, including coordination, content management, and submission tracking
• Track all pursuits, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
• Work closely with Partners, Directors, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities
• Develop account plans and pursuit strategies for key prospects
• Support events, campaigns, and market-facing initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements across BD and GTM functions

Qualifications

• MBA / CA / relevant professional qualification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Consulting or Professional Services with exposure to Business Development, GTM, or Client Growth roles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
