Job Overview

A Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform. The role involves building scalable applications, automating business processes, and integrating Salesforce with other systems to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, SOQL, and SOSL
Build and maintain Lightning Web Components and Aura Framework
Create and maintain Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex
Develop Visualforce pages when required
Implement business logic using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST API and SOAP API
Perform data migration using Data Loader or other ETL tools
Write test classes and ensure code coverage meets deployment requirements
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing code
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for CI/CD deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Platform
Proficiency in Apex programming
Experience with Lightning Web Components
Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
Experience with APIs and third-party integrations
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (depending on role level)
