About the Role

The Associate CAD Manager – Retail is a key role within the Retail Asset Operations team, responsible for managing day-to-day transactions related to retail banking products. This includes onboarding, limit setup, disbursement, and maintaining MIS reports. The role demands a high level of accuracy, compliance with organizational policies, and effective coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth and error-free processing.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure error-free transaction processing within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Manage onboarding processes for retail banking products, including limit setup and disbursement.
Maintain and update MIS reports related to limit setup and disbursement activities.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of retail banking processes and systems, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Collate and analyze data from stakeholders for regulatory reporting and internal decision-making.
Apply strong analytical and data interpretation skills for accurate reporting.
Maintain high proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Secondary Responsibilities

Manage vendor relationships, including legal, technical, and Registrar of Companies (ROC) partners.
Prepare presentations for internal reviews and conduct data analysis for ongoing projects.
