Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Kochi. The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, support the sales team in achieving targets, and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing client relations, analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and assisting in promoting company services. The role also involves preparing and delivering sales presentations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
Leadership abilities, including Team Management and Training
Problem-solving skills and capability to adapt to dynamic business environments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role is highly desirable
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus
