Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Retail Outlet Manager at out outket in Visakhapatnam. The Assistant Retail Outlet Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations, addressing customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, managing inventory, supervising staff, and contributing to sales and Training team. The role also involves ensuring smooth communication between team members and customers while upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications
- Must be experienced 2 years Minimum Similar Role
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience
- Proficiency in People Management and team leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Inventory Management processes and practices
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges
- Prior experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or management are advantageous
