Job Description

Strong expertise in installation, upgradation, configuration, scheduling, testing, troubleshooting, and administration of Servers, Routers, Switches, and Backup systems.
Hands-on experience in managing connectivity with stock exchanges such as NSE, BSE, including exchange-approved network setups.
Proficient in LAN–WAN architecture, installation and configuration of Servers, Routers, Switches, and end-to-end network infrastructure.
Sound knowledge of IT compliance requirements, especially applicable to broking, financial services, and regulatory environments.
Strong understanding of latest networking technologies to reduce latency, optimize network performance, and improve system availability.
Experience in Server Management, VMware virtualization, Storage systems, VLAN configuration, Firewalls, Log Management, Capacity Monitoring, and Capacity Planning.
Effective Vendor Management, including procurement, coordination, renewal management, and SLA handling.

Trading Systems & IT Operations Responsibilities

Manage and support Trading Software to ensure uninterrupted and smooth trading operations.
Handle all connectivity-related issues with various stock exchanges, ensuring high availability and low latency.
Manage and execute hardware maintenance and network operations, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate effectively with stock exchanges, software vendors, and internal auditors for:

New trading software approvals

Seamless trading operations

Required documentation and compliance processes

Administer and manage servers and network infrastructure hosted in datacenters, including monitoring and maintenance.
Maintain user accounts, access permissions, shared resource access, and quota management in line with security policies.
Possess strong knowledge of statutory IT compliances and audits, particularly related to SEBI and IRDA regulations.
