Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with transportation vendors as per business requirements across all service types including PTL, FTL, FCL, and Courier.
Manage vendor onboarding and commercial negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews for key and top customers to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support project go-live activities, ensuring smooth execution and readiness.
Work with cross-functional teams including Sales Development (SD), Business Development (BD), and Commercial/Customer Development (CD) to support pricing, feasibility, and solution design.
Manage and maintain accurate data across all operational sites, ensuring consistency and visibility for decision-making.
Support operations teams by handling vendor- and transportation-related escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations using PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
Utilize data analytics to track performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support management reviews.
Ensure alignment of vendor strategies with business objectives while driving cost optimization and service efficiency.
