Your Role: Assistant Manager – Marketing (Dairy)
As the Product Executive, you will partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Head to deliver executional marketing excellence for the Dairy category and key brands. In this role, you will support brand strategy development and lead the rollout of local marketing initiatives to drive sales performance. You will be accountable for executing integrated campaigns, tracking results, and ensuring strong collaboration across sales and marketing teams.

Your Role: Assistant Manager – Marketing (Dairy)
As the Product Executive, you will partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Head to deliver executional marketing excellence for the Dairy category and key brands. In this role, you will support brand strategy development and lead the rollout of local marketing initiatives to drive sales performance. You will be accountable for executing integrated campaigns, tracking results, and ensuring strong collaboration across sales and marketing teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Head / Senior Marketing Manager to translate global and regional strategies into local execution plans to achieve business objectives
- Execute country marketing activities and campaigns to deliver sales targets in close partnership with the Sales team
- Lead brand activation initiatives and manage end-to-end integrated campaigns (digital and traditional) from concept through measurement
- Coordinate the production and approval of marketing materials with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Track marketing performance metrics, identify gaps versus targets, and recommend adjustments to optimise outcomes
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, product marketing, or category marketing (preferably within FMCG/animal health/pharmaceutical or related industries)
- Top 2 skills: Strong marketing execution & campaign management, with solid cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Experience supporting brand planning and activation for category and key brands
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to work closely with Sales teams to drive outcomes
- Experience in market intelligence, competitor monitoring, and customer insights initiatives
- Ability to manage pricing, exposure, and product positioning activities
- Digital marketing experience or hands-on exposure (added advantage)
- Travel: Field engagement required (minimum 1 week per month; approximately 20–30% annually, depending on business needs)
