Role Description

The Assistant Manager Human Resources will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing organizational operations and HR functions. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, conflict management, and cultivating an inclusive workplace culture. This is an on-site contract role based in Delhi, NY.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment practices, and compliance requirements
  • Skills in employee onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement abilities
  • Organizational expertise and ability to manage HR documentation effectively
  • Proficiency in using HR management software and tools
  • Experience in creating strategies for fostering an inclusive and motivating workplace
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in HR management or a similar role is an advantage
