Job Description

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, determine selection criteria, and forecast staffing needs.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Promote the company's culture and value proposition to attract talent.
Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent experience for all applicants throughout the hiring process.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
Contribute to staff cost budget compliance, closure of open vacancies within defined TAT and managing a healthy source mix for assigned positions
Responsible for Initiation and closure of BGV within TAT
Provide support and advice to line managers related to human capital policies and procedures.
To act as first POC for all employee concerns
