Role Overview
We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our finance team as Assistant Manager – Finance. The role will primarily focus on GST compliance, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and audit support, while ensuring financial discipline and accurate reporting across the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with GST filings, and the ability to generate insightful financial reports to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation with GSTR-2B and ensure accuracy in claims.
Handle GST related filings, corrections, amendments, and modifications in GSTIN records.
Preparation and finalization of workings related to Annual GST Returns (GSTR-9 and GSTR-9B).
Maintain strong working knowledge of GST provisions applicable to service-based businesses, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Develop financial reports that provide insights to leadership for strategic decision making.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial projections in coordination with management.
Use Advanced Excel and financial tools for data analysis, reporting, and automation of processes.
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across key financial accounts.
Assist in preparation of financial statements and schedules for audit and compliance purposes.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, auditors, and other professionals on finance-related matters.
Handle filing of statutory compliance forms including Form 15CA and Form 15CB.
Support the finance team in improving financial processes, documentation, and controls.
Required Skills & Competencies
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Strong understanding of GST laws and service industry taxation.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and compliance orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
