Mandatory Skills:
Accounts Payable-
1.Bill passing and MIRO entry in SAP of all inward materials
2.Monitoring of Vendor advances and their adjustment
3.Accounting of Fixed Assets and Maintenance of Fixed Assets register
4.Scrutiny of vendor ledger and vendor balance confirmation
5.Accounting of Inter-branch stock transfer of materials.
GST Compliance-
1.Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with financial records and preparation of monthly
ITC data for GSTR-3B return.
2.Follow up with GST vendors who are non-filers and ensure availability of GST
ITC.
Accounts and Audit-
1.Preparation of schedules relating to fixed assets and account payable.
2.Organizing physical verification of Fixed Assets and its reconciliation and
adjustment.
