Job Description

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

Ensure timely closure of Repair & Maintenance tickets within defined TAT and SLA.
Ensure 100% completion of preventive maintenance as per schedule to minimize breakdowns.
Lead critical breakdown situations and conduct structured root cause analysis with preventive action planning.
Conduct regular store visits and maintain maintenance quality standards.
Ensure minimal sales downtime due to equipment or infrastructure failure.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual scope and SLAs.
Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and drive corrective action plans.
Renewal and execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) in timely manner.
Validate and process vendor invoices in a timely manner.
Prepare, monitor, and control R&M expenditure against approved budgets.
Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising safety and compliance.
Ensure adherence to Fire, Health & Safety standards and statutory requirements.
Identify infrastructure risks and implement preventive measures to avoid business disruption.
Support timely closure of audit observations and maintain compliance documentation.
Analyze breakdown trends and recurring issues to drive corrective actions.
Prepare MIS reports on SLA performance, uptime, and budget tracking.
Support new store handovers and facility readiness.
