AB InBev India is looking to hire Assistant Manager - Domestic Warehousing for its logistics team based out of Bhiwandi.

• Control on Operation in Warehouse as per State Excise rules/acts and ABI compliance/internal control policies
• Coordination between demand, production planning, Finance and Sales team to get the stock in T2 Warehouse as per SNOP/LE for current as well as next month considering minimum Inventory norms
• Ensure to avoid OOS in respective state depot
• Control on FG Inventory within DC
• Control on the process flow in the DC as per DPO (Operational excellence) and Inventory Control Policy
• Controls on FIFO adherence, Stock ageing, Matching ERP stock vs Actual Stock and minimum SCL in Depot
• Controls on Depot Operations to achieve KPIs as per Budget with GOP
• Control on the Logistics Cost (Fixed and variable) to make the depot operation positive.
• Make the Safe and Healthy environment in Depot operation in Coordination with 3PL
• License/Label Renewal assistance
• Permits Coordination - Coordination with Stakeholders to cater the demand
• Asset Tracking in Depot
• Timely and Correct booking of cost of warehouse and Invoicing in ERP
• Ensure movement of Finished goods from Warehouse to Distributor, corporate depot/Retailers as per plan within timelines
• Ensuring Proper Visibility and Transparent process to record the Breakages at Warehouse and In-transit & exploring avenues to reduce Breakages
