Duties And Responsibilities

Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned.

Credit appraisal for BL & Doctor Loans files for the assigned location
Keeping delinquency under control
Compliance of policy and processes
Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format
Market Research and Feedback for new product launch.
Feed back on credit policy based on market conditions.

Required Qualifications And Experience

Chartered Accountant /MBA Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in unsecured high ticket size loans

Positive attitude and team player
