Assistant Manager-Airport Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Assistant Manager – Airport Operations to

oversee and manage operational activities at the airport location. The role involves demand

generation, driver management, pricing strategy, and ensuring seamless service fulfillment while

maintaining strong relationships with airport authorities and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Demand Generation

• Develop and implement strategies to generate ride/service demand at the airport.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and increase airport
  
  

bookings.

 Driver Management & Retention

• Manage driver partners operating at the airport.
• Ensure driver engagement, retention, and adherence to operational guidelines.
• Resolve driver grievances and ensure smooth onboarding and training.
  
  

 Operational Fulfillment

• Ensure 100% service fulfillment and availability of vehicles at the airport.
• Monitor daily operations to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
  
  

 Pricing Management

• Implement and monitor pricing strategies based on demand and operational
  
  

requirements.

• Coordinate with pricing teams to maintain competitive and profitable fare
  
  

structures.

 Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Airport Authorities and other
  
  

stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with airport policies and operational regulations.
  
  

 Interdepartmental Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, supply, and operations teams to generate demand
  
  

and ensure smooth operations.

 Performance Monitoring

• Track key operational metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
  
  

and service levels.

 Strong experience in Fleet Operations / Airport Operations

 Excellent driver/vendor management skills

 Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

 Ability to manage high-pressure operational environments

 Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
