Job Description

The person shall be capable of handling the complete design and detailed engineering for Water treatment Power plants like potable drinking water and desalination. The Design Engineer shall design & review the entire design documents and drawings for a project or a set of smaller projects including co-ordination with other disciplines viz., Electrical, instrumentation and Mechanical. Design Engineers shall work with a team of draftsman to manage the Engineering activities within budget, deliver on time and maintaining a high quality of engineering.

Handle complete process design and detailed engineering for water treatment plants including potable water and desalination systems.
Prepare, review, and approve process design documents and engineering deliverables for single or multiple projects.
Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, and equipment specifications.
Coordinate with Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and Civil disciplines to ensure integrated design.
Guide and manage drafting teams for preparation of engineering drawings and documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable Indian and international design standards and codes.
Monitor engineering progress to meet project schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Review vendor documents, datasheets, and technical submissions.
Support site teams during construction, installation, and commissioning as required.
Maintain high standards of engineering quality and timely project delivery.
