Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

Business Unit: Retail Asset

Sub-Business Unit: Secured Business Loan

Key Responsibilities

Policies & Processes

Ensure compliance with policies, risk guidelines, and internal controls.
Train team members on policy requirements.
Coordinate with BUs for smooth transaction turnaround.

Business Development & Revenue

Achieve sales and cross-sell targets for Secured Business Loans.
Identify new business opportunities and manage profitability.
Monitor competitor strategies and implement countermeasures.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain client, DSA, and DST relationships.
Drive cross-selling initiatives across branches and channels.
Ensure quality service and portfolio growth.

People Management

Set and monitor performance goals.
Identify development needs and pursue learning.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Operating Network

Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Product, and HR teams for compliance and business growth.

External Operating Network

Clients/Customers - For understanding financial needs and driving cross-sales initiatives
Dealers/DSAs/Vendors - For building relationships and seeking new business opportunities
