Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh. The Area Sales Manager will oversee general trade sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and expand market presence. Key responsibilities include managing and leading a sales team, identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and providing regular sales reports to management. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management in Andhra Pradesh
- Strong analytical skills for Market Research and understanding market trends
- Proficiency in Team Management, Leadership, and Training
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and achieve sales targets
- Experience in the healthcare sector or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
