Role Description

The role of an Area Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Area Manager will oversee the operations of multiple Chinese Wok outlets within an assigned area, ensuring high-quality standards in service, hygiene, and food preparation. Responsibilities include managing a team, maintaining customer satisfaction, meeting operational targets, and driving revenue growth within the assigned area. The Area Manager will also implement company policies, train team members, and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills to lead multiple teams effectively.
• Strong operational understanding and experience in managing QSR or retail outlets efficiently.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards, with a commitment to maintaining quality control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet operational and financial targets under time constraints.
• Experience in the restaurant or food and beverage industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
