Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Kozhikode. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and creating detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with construction professionals to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design to conceptualize and create functional and aesthetic building designs
• Experience in Project Management to oversee project timelines, budgets, and collaboration among stakeholders
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration to efficiently use design software and manage digital workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in relevant architectural design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
