As an Architect OnePLM at Danfoss, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) landscape across all business segments. Your expertise will help drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver scalable solutions that empower teams to work smarter and faster. By designing and implementing tailored PLM solutions, you’ll contribute directly to operational excellence and digital transformation, enabling Danfoss to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust solution proposals and technical specifications.
Designing, configuring, and customizing Teamcenter solutions that align with business needs and drive continuous improvement.
Supporting Business and Solution Architects in estimating efforts, developing prototypes, and delivering high-quality implementations.
Leading support activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Providing performance metrics and insights to enhance support team effectiveness.
Driving consistency and quality in PLM processes, including data migration, upgrades, and SAP integration.
Sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a curious and experienced professional with a growth mindset and a passion for solving complex challenges. You should bring:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Computer/IT, Electronics, or PLM Engineering.
12+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter UA, AWC development, and SAP integration.
Strong domain knowledge in PLM modules such as CAD integration, Change Management, Document Management, and Manufacturing Process Planning.
Technical proficiency in Java, C/C++, ITK, SOA, BMIDE, T4S, and web technologies (AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3).
A solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to adapt, learn, and share best practices across teams.
