Founded by Nagarajan Ramachandran, a graduate of Meenakshi Amman College of Architecture with extensive experience in Mumbai’s design industry, the studio specializes in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces tailored to their contexts. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Madurai. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs and executing design concepts into detailed plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include project planning, collaborating with clients, managing design software, and overseeing integration and execution. The role will involve working closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met in all aspects of the design and implementation process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to conceptualize and create unique, functional spaces.
• Experience in Project Management and coordinating with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Proficiency in design software and integration of tools into architectural processes to enhance design capabilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; license in architecture is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Tamil Nadu is preferred.
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects will be advantageous.
