This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide expert application support to clients, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operation of applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems.
Conduct regular system checks and performance monitoring to identify potential issues before they impact users.
Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
Train and mentor junior team members on application support best practices.
Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve application functionality based on user needs.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge and experience in application support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications
