Job Title: Application Sales Specialist – Study Abroad

Location: Noida

Experience: Freshers with study abroad counselling exposure or up to 2 years in study abroad domain | Immediate joiner preferred

Role Summary

Manage end-to-end student application processing while counselling students on suitable courses and universities across global destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete application lifecycle (docs, SOP/LOR, portal uploads, submissions)
• Counsel students on course/university selection (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
• Review applications for accuracy and compliance before submission
• Coordinate with counsellors, visa, and ops teams for smooth processing
• Track application status, maintain CRM/trackers, and share updates
• Liaise with universities and resolve application bottlenecks

Requirements

• Graduate (Master’s preferred)
• Freshers with study abroad counselling exposure or up to 2 yrs study abroad experience
• Strong communication with consultative + persuasive approach
• Detail-oriented, able to manage timelines and multiple applications

Preferred

• Experience in study abroad consultancy/edtech
• Basic visa knowledge (I-20, CAS, GTE)
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment
