Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications function as intended, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Apex programming language and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with Salesforce data modeling and database design. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - A 15 years full time education is required.
