Senior Angular Developer – Job Description

Development & Implementation

Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable, and reusable Angular applications.
Write clean, well‑structured, well‑documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
Implement complex UI/UX designs and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the frontend stack.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior developers.
Lead architectural discussions and contribute to establishing best practices and development standards.
Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve team productivity.
Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions and contribute to team capability development.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high‑quality, end-to-end solutions.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement sessions, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables and smooth releases.

Performance & Optimization

Conduct performance testing, profiling, and analysis to identify bottlenecks.
Implement strategies to enhance application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
Stay current with the latest Angular trends, libraries, tools, and best practices.
