AI/ML Engineer

KEY JOB PURPOSE : Develop Algorithms to improve the accuracy of Image and OCR.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Meeting with stakeholders and deciding the algorithm and Optimisations in order to improve the accuracy of the task.
• Creating design goals and deadlines.
• Designing and writing the software code according to desired specifications.
• Testing the software for scalability and structure.
• Fixing bugs and optimizing the system.
• Documenting software application values.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Maintain Trainual completion rate of at least 95%
• All objectives are completed scrum deadlines and cycle times
• Consistently produces Code of high quality
• Identifies and resolves exception handling to ensure tested product is 100% stable and functional
• Data committed on Bit-Bucket on regular basis. Skipping percentage should be 5%.
• Software released is fit-for-purpose and reliable. Acceptance level should be at par.
• Response time of a query should not be more than 24 hrs or a next day
• Number of topics, seminar conducted to enhance team knowledge. At least 2 topics a year.
• Just like 360-degree feedback, feedback received from the team members and the immediate co-team members’ feedback should be 75% positive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
