About The Opportunity

A hiring mandate in the Enterprise AI & Software Development sector delivering production-grade AI solutions—NLP, transformer-based systems, and inference platforms—to enterprise customers across India. This is an on-site engineering role focused on building scalable, low-latency model serving and MLOps pipelines for mission-critical applications.

AI Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimise end-to-end AI model workflows: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
Develop production-grade Python services for model serving and inference (REST/gRPC), ensuring low latency and reliability.
Fine-tune and evaluate transformer-based models (Hugging Face) and apply model compression/quantization to meet deployment constraints.
Containerise models and components using Docker and integrate with CI/CD pipelines for reproducible releases and automated rollouts.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for model performance, data drift, and inference health to maintain SLAs.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and ops to translate ML experiments into scalable production features and measurable KPIs.
