This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1600000 - Rs 2100000 (ie INR 16-21 LPA)

Min Experience: 4 years

Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai

JobType: full-time

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant prior experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

At least 5 to 8 years of experience in developing chatbots.

Expertise in JavaScript is essential, particularly in asynchronous programming, AJAX, and API integration.

Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques as they pertain to conversational AI.

Prior Experience With Other Chatbot Platforms Is Advantageous.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.

A portfolio showcasing successful chatbot projects is desirable.

Requirements

Proficient in Python and JavaScript frameworks, as well as server-side technologies such as Node.js and Azure cloud services
Knowledgeable in API design and development, particularly with RESTful APIs and web services
Experience with various types of databases, including both relational databases and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) for managing unstructured and semi-structured data
Understanding of the Conversational AI field, encompassing conversational design, implementation, customer experience metrics, and the challenges specific to various industries
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) applications in chatbots, including tasks like feature extraction, entity extraction, and intent classification
Comprehension of conversational data (including chats, emails, and calls) and the necessary preprocessing (including feature engineering when required) to optimize Conversational AI systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills necessary for effective interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems
Willingness to stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the industry
