Role Summary
Senior Digital Analytics professional with nearly 6 years of experience delivering data-driven insights and analytics solutions for enterprise clients across BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail domains. Specialized in Adobe Experience Cloud with strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, CJA, and AEP, enabling personalized customer experiences and business intelligence through robust tracking, reporting, and optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable digital analytics solutions.
- Lead Adobe Analytics implementations, including SDR documentation, variable mapping, and custom event configuration.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics Workspace and Report Builder.
- Implement and manage tagging solutions using Adobe Launch / DTM, ensuring accurate data capture and governance.
- Perform website audits to identify tracking gaps and recommend best-practice analytics solutions.
- Support personalization and targeting initiatives using Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager.
- Analyze user behavior data to generate actionable insights that improve digital marketing performance.
- Troubleshoot and validate analytics implementations using tools such as Omnibug and ObservePoint.
- Work within Agile environments, managing tasks and defects through JIRA.
- Enable best practices across teams for reporting, tagging, and data integration across multiple digital platforms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver projects under tight deadlines.
