Through NetPractice Campus, we partner with colleges across India to deliver structured training programs that strengthen core computer science skills and prepare students for placements and real industry expectations.

As we expand our campus programs, we’re looking for an Admissions Manager who enjoys interacting with students, understanding their aspirations, and helping them choose the right learning path.


Role Overview

The Admissions Manager will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their learning journey from their first inquiry to successful enrollment.

This role involves student counseling, lead management, and enrollment conversion, ensuring students clearly understand the value of our programs and how they can benefit their careers.


Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through calls, messages, and other communication channels

• Understand student background, interests, and career goals

• Guide students in selecting the most suitable program (DSA, Python, AI/ML, Data Science, etc.)

• Explain course structure, learning outcomes, and career opportunities

• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students

• Convert inquiries and leads into successful enrollments

• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status in CRM or internal systems

• Coordinate with marketing teams to manage and optimize incoming leads

• Ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience for students


What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong ability to guide, persuade, and build trust with students

• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline

• Ability to understand student needs and recommend the right learning path

• Basic familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems

• Prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, or admissions is preferred


Qualification & Experience

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech admissions, academic counseling, or inside sales.
  • Prior exposure to computer science courses or professional upskilling programs preferred.
  • Experience in B2C education sales environments is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong English communication and counseling skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with effective objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to build trust with students and working professionals.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (preferably but not mandatory)


Compensation & Onboarding

Selected candidates will undergo a structured onboarding and training program to understand NetPractice Campus programs, the student counseling process, and our admissions workflow.


During onboarding, you will receive training on:

• Our learning programs and course offerings

• How to guide students in selecting the right program

• Admissions process and enrollment workflow

• Lead management and follow-up best practices

This ensures you are fully equipped to confidently counsel students and manage admissions.

Compensation and performance-linked incentives will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
