Job Title: Administrative Office Assistant
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala, India
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an esteemed educational institution
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience Required:
- 2–3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar role
Job Description:
The Administrative Office Assistant will play a key role in supporting smooth office operations. This role acts as a central point of contact for internal teams and external clients, ensuring efficient communication and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence and communications (emails, calls, letters, memos)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings; manage team calendars
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Monitor and order office supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed
- Provide general administrative support to staff and visitors
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support the management in day-to-day office operations and special projects
