Job Description
Qualifications
College graduate of any bachelor's degree or related field.
At least 12 years of experience in administrative or accounting roles.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or any ERP) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Skills Required
Administrative Skills: Filing, data entry, scheduling, document management.
Accounting Skills: Basic bookkeeping, monitoring payables/receivables, invoice processing.
Communication Skills: Email correspondence.
Interpersonal Skills: Cooperative, and reliable.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive and financial information securely.
Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare, send, and manage emails and communications related to assigned tasks.
Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning of documents.
Organize and maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing and document management system.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other regularly scheduled accounting documents.
Support the processing of payables, invoices, expense liquidations, and other finance-related transactions.
Perform other related tasks and duties assigned from time to time.
