Acquia Drupal with UI Developer Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Drupal Drupal - Symphony 2 JavaScript CSS HTML and PHP. Experience in Finance & Accounting and Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive projects forward and contribute to our companys success. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Drupal Drupal Symphony 2 JavaScript CSS HTML and PHP to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience. Ensure the scalability and performance of web applications by optimizing code and implementing best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and consistency. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Drupal Drupal Symphony 2 JavaScript CSS HTML and PHP with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
