Job Summary

Rrayze Business Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, invoices, and related accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable functions and basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments
• Raise Purchase Order
• Verify invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents
• Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process payment runs (NEFT, RTGS, cheques, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation activities
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audits
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment-related queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting entries
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
