Local Parts Material Accounting:

BOM invoice process
Invoice posting issues resolve with analysis with vendors
Weekly BOM vendor payment process
Handling of retro settlements
Handling of DRCR settlements
Warranty Recoveries
Monthly closing activities

Vendor Reconciliation

Vendor Reconciliation (BOM vendors)
Reconciliation with BOM vendor sales reports & GSTR-2A/2B
Review of vendor payments for release/hold/discrepancy etc.
Obtaining vendor balance confirmations on quarterly basis

MIS Reports

BOM Weekly payment forecast.
Direct material monthly reports

Miscellaneous

Supporting for statutory & internal audits

CA Inter/ CMA Inter/ MBA with 5 to 7 Years Experience

Skills Required

SAP, Advanced Excel, Accounts Payable Process, GST, TDS,
