Job Description

Accounts Executive

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Ghatkopar West

Key Responsibilities

Enter accounting data accurately into the system (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, journals, etc.).
Update day-to-day transactions in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks/SAP/Xero (as applicable).
Maintain and organize accounting records, supporting documents, and ledgers.
Reconcile data between system entries and physical documents.
Assist in preparation of MIS, basic reports, and summaries for the finance team.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before entry.
Coordinate with internal teams for clarifications on entries and documentation.
Ensure proper filing, scanning, and storage of financial documents.
Support the accounting team during audits and month-end closing.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+years of experience in data entry for accounting/finance.
Basic understanding of accounting concepts (debit/credit, ledgers, invoices, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas) preferred.
Experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work under timelines and maintain high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
