Position Overview
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities in Tally, maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing invoices and bank reconciliation, and supporting audit, income tax, and statutory compliance processes. The role also involves coordination with CAs, banks, and brokers to ensure smooth financial operations.

Position Overview
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities in Tally, maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing invoices and bank reconciliation, and supporting audit, income tax, and statutory compliance processes. The role also involves coordination with CAs, banks, and brokers to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting activities and data entry in Tally.
- Maintain and update financial records for the Partners individual account, family accounts, and company accounts.
- Ensure timely completion of audit and income tax-related work.
- Manage invoices, vouchers, payments, and carry out bank reconciliation.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with the CA, bank personnel, and other stakeholders for compliance and payment-related tasks.
- Manage broker account openings, including documentation and coordination with brokers.
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax & Accounting (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in Tally (must).
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
