Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

POSITION DISCRIPTION: - Maintaining and controlling Overall Factory books of accounts, inward/Outwards/Transports. Maintain Stock & Its Accounting. Manage Factory Receivable/Payable & Compliances.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES: -

Stock

1) Day to day stock maintain, Raw Material, packing material & Finished Goods its entry in tally/zoho & checking Physical stock periodically.

2) Expiry & Damage stock transfer entries.

3) Share Monthly Stock report to Concern authority.

4) Daily Production entries.

Inward/Dispatch

1) Overall, Depot Handling Inward and outward & its accounting in Tally/zoho.

2) Material Receipt and dispatch Planning & Accounting in Tally/zoho of various Locations & maintaining other Physical registers.

3) Dispatch Follow-ups & SO sharing

4) Invoice/ e waybill/generation.

5) Transport/courier Handling.

6) Tally/zoho SYNC.

Accounting & others

1) All Purchase/Expense/Debit Note/Credit Note and Fixed Asset Accounting of Factory.

2) HR onboarding documentation and Salary calculation.

3) Account statement Reconciliation.

4) Petty cash Handle & Accounting

5) TDS working

6) GST Reconciliation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ambad, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Required)
• Tally: 3 years (Required)
• total work: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CA-Inter (Preferred)
