This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts and Records Executive, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Accounts and Records Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing account reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role also includes maintaining organized and accurate records of transactions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless financial processes.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial record-keeping, and account reconciliation
• Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheets
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
