Are you a detail-oriented professional who can manage Accounts, Administration, Vendor Coordination & Payroll efficiently?

We’re looking for a responsible and proactive team member to strengthen our operations team.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

💼 Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain books in Tally / ERP
  • GST filing & statutory compliance
  • Bank reconciliation & MIS reporting
  • Invoice preparation & payment follow-ups

🏢 Administration

  • Office operations & documentation
  • Asset & inventory control
  • Government registrations & renewals
  • Coordination with site teams

🤝 Vendor Management

  • Vendor onboarding & rate negotiation
  • Bill verification & payment processing
  • Performance monitoring

👥 Payroll & HR Operations

  • Salary processing & wage calculation
  • PF, ESIC, PT compliance
  • Attendance & F&F settlements
  • Labor law compliance
🔹 Who Should Apply?

✔ B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/HR preferred)

✔ 3–7 years experience (Service / Facility industry preferred)

✔ Strong knowledge of GST, PF, ESIC & Payroll

✔ Good command of Excel & Tally

✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
